On Sat 9th of May, Ennis Road Community First Responders are hosting a PHECC-approved CFR-C course at our headquarters (V94 VF20).

You’ll learn:
✔ CPR
✔ How to use a defibrillator (AED)
✔ How to treat choking
✔ How to recognise heart attack & stroke
✔ Recovery position

👥 Small class (max 12 people)
📜 Certification valid for 2 years

This course is ideal for:
• Anyone interested in joining CFRs
• Members of the public
• Anyone who wants to be prepared in an emergency
